Do you want to create an app? Yes, you can make your own app from scratch by using the SharePoint list. Power apps platform allows you to create a canvas app. This post will guide you on how to create a canvas app by using the SharePoint list.

After creating the SharePoint list, open Power Apps (https://make.powerapps.com/) and select the environment from the list.
2 ways to create a canvas app
1. Canvas app from blank
You can create your app from the blank screen. From the blank screen, you can connect the app with the table and then bring the field on the apps.
2. Create an app from the Apps link
Another way to create an App is to navigate to the Apps in the left section and from the New App link select the Canvas.
It is more convenient as it reduces some effort to bring the data manually from the list.
It opens up the data selection page in which you have to select the data point from which you wanted to bring the data.
Select the SharePoint as we wanted to bring the data from SharePoint.
Enter the SharePoint site URL.
It will show all the list available on the site.
Select the List from which you wanted to bring the data in the App. System automatically creates an app and bring the data from the list.
However you can modify the page and show only those records that you wanted to display.
From the record list you can simply go to the detail page.
From the edit option you can edit the record directly from the app.
So you can create, update any record in the list directly from the app. The data in the SharePoint list will be auto-synced from the app.
